Steve has over 30 years’ experience working as an Estimator and Quantity Surveyor since 1985, after completing his HNC qualifications. Steve has extensive experience in Building Contracting and Development.
Kevin a Gold CSCS holder, has been working in the industry for over 30 years managing our team of over 150 workers, across 20 plus sites. His knowledge and skill in the bricklaying and stone masonry business is well respected.
Paul has worked in Project Management for over 20 years and gained an HNC qualification in Construction. He has managed hundreds of varying construction projects across the Capital and Home Counties, delivering them to a very high standard, on time and within budget.
Martin has been working in the building and construction industry since 1976 as a Quantity Surveyor. He attended Guildford Technical College and obtained an HTC in Building Studies. Martin has worked in construction and developing – from single unit sites to multi-phased developments in London and the Home Counties. He carries out site appraisals, sub-contract and materials procurement and all associated surveying duties to final account.
Nicola joined P J Construction in 2011 as Payroll Manager. In her role as Finance Manager, she is responsible for day to day management of the financial reporting, accounting and payroll processes.
Karen has worked in the construction industry for many years since leaving college, for new build PLCs and developers. Karen is the first point of contact for new clients and enquires and is responsible for H&S documentation/accreditation and the smooth running of the office.
